Meow, MY EYES.

I was trying to think of a way to create some activity in here when I realised there are no Pet Experts on this site.

So being the clever guy I am, I decided I'd go ahead and put forward a question anyway.

One of my cats (Tibby) seems to avoid eating his food, even when he has like... 6 bowls of 6 different varieties in front of him. Yet, he continually follows us about, whining about how hungry he is. (Yes, he can talk.) Why does he ask for food when he won't eat it? Is he blind or just plain stupid?
And more importantly, why am I asking you?

P.S. Shouldn't this category be for other things to do with pets, besides problems with pets? Like "OMG MY CAT DID THE CUTEST THING THE OTHER DAY [Insert video of cat being cute here]"

You're right i'm not a cat expert, but your cat may just be getting fussier about his food, just like us humans, if you eat the same thing day in day out your get bored of it.
Another concept i could suggest is that your cat might have a problem with its teeth or jaw which makes eating painful or difficult.
I hope this information helps you and your cat out and hope he get's better soon.

The category "pets" is everything to do with pets, like questions, advice and even your pics (better get uploading lol)

Have you considered she isnt hungry and just want's something else?
Maybe if you leave the food out long enough she'll eat it

Also i hate cats so if she starves to death i've at least compleated something
