Forum problem. Empty Forum problem.

I think the permissions for the C&S need to be changed. I don't know about everyone else, but when I go to post in there it tells me I don't have the permission to.
Edit: It's only on replies. New topics are fine.

Is "C&S" Comment and suggestions, I know dumb questions. I'll have a look into the settings and get a test user to test it.
